 underscore. (c-styles-are-initialized): Variable deleted. (c-common-init):
 Don't initialize styles here.

(idl-mode-abbrev-table): New variable.
(idl-mode-map, idl-mode-syntax-table): New variables.
(c-idl-menu): New menu.
