Subject: [PATCH] Minor doc fixes. (browse-url-temp-dir): New variable.
 (browse-url-of-buffer): Use browse-url-temp-dir.  Don't construct a temporary
 file name which includes an arbitrary buffer name to avoid losing on
 non-unixy systems.
