Subject: [PATCH] Improve documentation around standard error pipes
 (Bug#35328).

* doc/lispref/processes.texi (Asynchronous Processes): Document
existence and properties of the standard error process.
(Accepting Output): Document that one has to accept output from the
standard error process separately.
