Clean up redundant code from previous checkins

* src/gnutls.c (gnutls_verify_boot): Remove reduntant setting of
p->gnutls_certificates, which is now performed by
gnutls_deinit_certificates.

Fix last change in tramp-sh.el

* lisp/net/tramp-sh.el (tramp-do-copy-or-rename-file-directly):
Use "-R" rather than "-r" for recursive copy of directories.

Mention use of C-h . (display-local-help) in Flymake manual
