Ignore directory symlinks in directory-files-recursively

* files.el (directory-files-recursively): Don't follow symlinks to
other directories.

Remove superfluous `gnutls-available-p' check

* lisp/url/url-http.el (url-http-parse-headers): `gnutls-available-p' is
now always available.
