Subject: Move some undefs from src/Makefile.in to configure.

Move some undefs from src/Makefile.in to configure.

* configure.in (cpp_undefs): Add mktime, register, X11.

* src/Makefile.in (mktime, X11, register): Move undefs to configure.

* admin/CPP-DEFINES: Remove X11.
