In my personal experience, almost all occurrences that are flagged are false positives. Flipping the default to something less intrusive should hopefully encourage more use of checkdoc. * lisp/emacs-lisp/checkdoc.el (checkdoc-verb-check-experimental-flag): Switch the default to nil.
