Improve documentation of 'font-lock-remove-keywords'

* doc/lispref/modes.texi (Customizing Keywords): Clarify the
'keywords' argument of 'font-lock-remove-keywords'.  Suggested by
Hong Xu <hong@topbug.net>.  (Bug#24830)
