Check gnus-newsgroup-dependencies is hash table in gnus-id-to-thread

* lisp/gnus/gnus-sum.el (gnus-id-to-thread): If dependencies haven't
  been initialized yet, don't blow up. Mimicks previous (non hasht
  table) behavior.
