Fix cursor motion under truncate-lines with Flymake fringe indicator

* src/indent.c (Fvertical_motion): Don't consider fringe bitmaps
as "images" for the purpose of vertical-motion logic dealing with
overshooting buffer positions.  (Bug#54946)
