xwidget: Simplify functions to scroll to elements

* lisp/xwidget.el (xwidget-webkit-show-named-element,
xwidget-webkit-show-id-element,
xwidget-webkit-show-id-or-named-element): Simplify functions by
scrolling exclusively with JavaScript.
