Adjust the ranges iterated over to account for new Unicode codepoints. * test/lisp/international/mule-tests.el (mule-cmds-tests--ucs-names-old-name-override, mule-cmds-tests--ucs-names-missing-names): New tests for checking 'ucs-names' consistency.
