Remove render code in x_scroll_run and drop NoExpose events instead

* src/xterm.c (x_scroll_run): Stop avoiding NoExpose events
through XRenderComposite.
(handle_one_xevent): Drop NoExpose events to placate some code
in Athena widgets.
