(view-lossage): Call help-setup-xref correctly and earlier.
(describe-bindings): Call help-setup-xref earlier.
(describe-key): Call help-setup-xref.  Fix call to describe-function-1.
(describe-mode): Don't autoload.  Call help-setup-xref earlier.
