(gdb-stack-list-locals-handler): Add local
map if value is hexadecimal (an address).
(gud-watch): Only search roots for existing watch expressions.
(gdb-speedbar-refresh): Bind speedbar-shown-directories to nil to
prevent caching problems with speedbar-update-directory-contents.
