Remove entry about syncing with HEAD.
* ps-prin1.ps (printBackground): Remove entry duplicated from
2007-01-26 to 2008-02-02.
Past tense -> present tense (regenerated, updated).
"ps.print0.ps" -> "ps.prin0.ps" (fix typo)
