Update the way directories are compressed

* lisp/dired-aux.el (dired-compress-file-suffixes): Update the recipe
  for *.tar.gz decompression to use a pipe.
  Add an entry for the default directory compression (to *.tar.g).

(dired-compress-file): Update.
