Minor change in Emacs manual's VC chapter

* doc/emacs/maintaining.texi (Log Buffer): Mention the "Summary"
header.  Suggested by Michael Albinus <michael.albinus@gmx.de> in
emacs-manual-bugs@gnu.org.
