Remove stale comments from gnus-msg.el

* lisp/gnus/gnus-msg.el (gnus-group-mail, gnus-group-news)
(gnus-summary-mail-other-window, gnus-summary-news-other-window):
Remove stale comments about let-binding gnus-newsgroup-name, as they
should have been addressed (bug#37871#38).
