Filter out rng-state elements in nxml-mode buffers from the kill ring

* lisp/nxml/nxml-mode.el (nxml--buffer-substring-filter): Filter
out `rng-state' objects (bug#50061).
(nxml-mode): Set `filter-buffer-substring-function'.
