* Changes in Emacs 21.3
+** The amount of automatic hscrolling can now be customized.
+The variable `automatic-hscroll-margin' determines how many columns
+away from the window edge point is allowed to get before automatic
+hscrolling will horizontally scroll the window. The default value is 5.
+
+The variable `automatic-hscroll-step' determines how many many
+columns will automatic hscrolling scroll the window when point gets
+too close to the window edge. If its value is zero, the default, the
+window will be scrolled so as to center point. If its value is an
+integer, it says how many columns to scroll. If the value is a
+floating-point number, it gives the fraction of the window's width to
+scroll the window.
+
** New display feature: focus follows mouse.
By setting the variable x-autoselect-window to non-nil value, mouse will
autoselect the window it is in. It is turned off by default.
