ADDED: make flymake optionally complain about implicit autoloads

* sweeprolog.el (sweeprolog-note-implicit-autoloads): new user-option.
(sweeprolog-analyze-fragment-flymake): use it.
* README.org ("Managing Dependencies"): mention it.
