* lisp/dired.el (dired-buffers-for-dir): Restore to emacs-27 version.
(dired-buffers-for-dir-or-subdir): New function.
(dired-clean-up-after-deletion): Use dired-buffers-for-dir-or-subdir
instead dired-buffers-for-dir.
