Make ediff-union into obsolete alias for seq-union

* lisp/emacs-lisp/seq.el (seq-union): Autoload.
* lisp/vc/ediff-util.el (ediff-union): Make into obsolete function
alias for 'seq-union'.
* lisp/vc/ediff-mult.el (ediff-intersect-directories): Update single
caller.
