Minor CEDET fixes

* lisp/cedet/cedet-global.el (cedet-gnu-global-gtags-call): Handle
warnings from gtags about invalid options.
(cedet-gnu-global-create/update-database): Do incremental update
properly.

* lisp/cedet/ede/generic.el (ede-enable-generic-projects): Get monotone
root right.
