Adapt .gitlab-ci.yml

* .gitlab-ci.yml (variables): Move outside jobs.  Use
"GIT_STRATEGY: fetch".
(stages): Declare test-all and test-filenotify-gio.
(test-all): Rename from "test".  Install and remove inotify-tools.
Call "make check-expensive".
(test-filenotify-gio): New job.
