Teach deletion commands about buffer-local contexts and namespaces

* kubed.el (kubed-delete-resources): Refine interactive spec.
(kubed-define-resource): Refine interactive spec for
generated 'kubed-delete-RESOURCES' commands.
* kubed-transient.el (kubed-transient-delete): New transient.
(kubed-transient): Bind it.
