Remove LD_SWITCH_MACHINE.
* Makefile.in (LD_SWITCH_MACHINE): Remove definition, unused.
(TEMACS_LDFLAGS): Do not use LD_SWITCH_MACHINE.

* configure.in (LD_SWITCH_MACHINE, ld_switch_machine): Remove, unused.
(ac_link): Do not use ld_switch_machine.
