Help Elisp xref recognize defclass parent classes

* lisp/progmodes/elisp-mode.el (elisp--xref-infer-namespace):
Handle defclass parents (bug#61640).

* test/lisp/progmodes/elisp-mode-tests.el (elisp-mode-infer-namespace):
New case in the test.
