Clarify relationship between save-excursion and current buffer.
Suggested by Uday S Reddy.

* positions.texi (Excursions): Explain the "save-excursion
defeated by set-buffer" warning.

* buffers.texi (Current Buffer): Copyedits.  Don't recommend using
save-excursion.
