* lisp/progmodes/js.el: Prefer advice to cl-letf's sneaky rebinding.
(c-forward-sws, c-backward-sws, c-beginning-of-macro): Advise.
(js--filling-paragraph): New var.
(js-c-fill-paragraph): Bind it instead of letf-ing the functions.
