Exclude VCS metadata dirs from completion.

* bindings.el (completion-ignored-extensions):
  Add entries for VCS metadata directories (CVS/, .svn, etc).

* pcvs.el (completion-ignored-extensions):
* vc-svn.el (completion-ignored-extensions): Don't add VCS-specific
  directory, now done in bindings.el.
