(DECL_ALIGN, USE_LSB_TAG): Move logic to before definition of
Lisp elements such as tags.
(XHASH): New macro.
(EQ): Use it.
(SREF, SSET, STRING_COPYIN): Use SDATA.
(VOID_TO_LISP, CVOID_TO_LISP, LISP_TO_VOID, LISP_TO_CVOID): Remove.
