(gdb-mouse-set-clear-breakpoint): Select
window clicked on first (regression in 22.2).
(gdb): Display thread number in mode-line.
(gdb-make-header-line-mouse-map): Move to avoid byte compiler warnings.
(gdb-breakpoints-header): New variable.
(gdb-breakpoints-mode, gdb-threads-mode): Use it for header line.
