Fix some XIM servers getting confused during drag-and-drop

* src/xterm.c (x_dnd_begin_drag_and_drop): Clear XIC while event
loop is in progress.
(x_filter_event): Return 0 if DND is in progress.
(xim_instantiate_callback): Likewise.
