Make ffap-file-finder work again

* lisp/ffap.el (find-file-at-point): Allow people to set
ffap-file-finder again (bug#50279).

* lisp/ido.el (ido-everywhere): Add an interstitial to fulfil
ffap-file-handler semantics.
