Fix: make 'xwidget-webkit-scroll-backward' scroll backwards

* lisp/xwidget.el (xwidget-webkit-scroll-backward): Move
hyphen out of %-formatter, changing semantics from a padding
specifier to a negative sign.  (Bug#71792)
