Support old Samba versions in Tramp

* doc/misc/tramp.texi (Relevant connection properties to override):
New subsection.

* lisp/net/tramp-smb.el (tramp-smb-get-cifs-capabilities): Check "posix"
connection property.

* lisp/net/tramp.el (with-tramp-progress-reporter): Fix docstring.
