Remove redundant redisplay code

* src/xdisp.c (redisplay_internal, try_cursor_movement)
(try_window_reusing_current_matrix, try_window_id): Remove
redundant restrictions on redisplay optimizations based on the
frame's 'redisplay' flag.  See
