Move Speedbar development to Emacs trunk.

Moved Speedbar, dframe, sb-image and documentation to obsolete.
Development of Speedbar now happens solely in Emacs trunk.  This also
means that all other CEDET packages now depend on Speedbar from Emacs
proper.
