* lisp/icomplete.el: Move Iswitchb autoload here.  Much simpler.
* lisp/Makefile.in (obsolete-autoloads): Remove.
(AUTOGENEL): Remove obsolete/loaddefs.el.
* lisp/loadup.el: Don't load obsolete/loaddefs.el.
* lisp/obsolete/iswitchb.el (iswitchb-mode): Use normal autoload cookie.
Remove redundant obsolescence thingy.
