Teach edit commands about buffer-local contexts and namespaces

* kubed.el (kubed-edit-resource): Add interactive spec.
(kubed-define-resource): Refine interactive spec for
generated 'kubed-edit-RESOURCE' commands.
* kubed-transient.el (kubed-transient-edit): New transient.
(kubed-transient): Bind it.
