Fix infloop when indenting in cperl-mode

* lisp/progmodes/cperl-mode.el (cperl-indent-exp): Fix (Bug#10483)
Perl expressions (e.g. function calls) ending in ")" without
statement terminator on the same line no longer loop endlessly.
