(create-fontset-from-fontset-spec): Ignore the argument
STYLE-VARIANT.
(create-fontset-from-ascii-font): Docsting adjusted for the above
change.
(instantiate-fontset, resolve-fontset-name): Functions removed.
(fontset-list): Now implemented by C code.
