(gud-watch): Allow duplicate names for watch
expressions.
(gdb-var-delete): Handle duplicate names.  Print message for non
root expressions.
(gdb-partial-output-name): Start buffer name with a space.
(gdb-info-breakpoints-custom, gdb-reset): Handle space in above
buffer name.
