* sweep.pl (sweep_color_normalized_/4): Handle 'macro(String)' terms.
* sweeprolog.el (sweeprolog-macro): New face.
(sweeprolog-analyze-fragment-to-faces)
(sweeprolog-analyze-fragment-help-echo): Handle 'macro' fragments.
