Fix "g" in hg&git push&pull buffers

lisp/vc/vc-git.el (vc-git--pushpull): Set locally
`compilation-directory' and `compilation-arguments'.
lisp/vc/vc-hg.el (vc-hg--pushpull): Likewise.
