Simplify quick-check composition regexps

* lisp/international/ucs-normalize.el
(quick-check-composition-list-to-regexp): Don't add an explicit
pattern for U+1161..U+1175 and U+11a8..U+11c2 since these are already
part of `combining-chars'.
