Assume gnulib does largefile.

Gnulib does the largefile configuration anyway, so when configure.in
invokes AC_SYS_LARGEFILE, that bloats 'configure' unnecessarily.
* admin/merge-gnulib (GNULIB_MODULES): Add largefile.
* configure.in (AC_SYS_LARGEFILE): Remove.
* lib/gnulib.mk: Autoupdate.
