Avoid infloop in redisplay with tall images

* src/xdisp.c (try_scrolling): Prevent an infloop when scrolling
down near ZV.  (Bug#20808)
Call bidi_unshelve_cache to avoid memory leaks.  Use IT_CHARPOS
instead of CHARPOS.
